the staff was friendly and spoke english well, which i appreciated. the breakfast had a good selection. the room was clean upon arrival and kept tidy with daily service. i also appreciated the free parking, a real bonus.

the room was certainly compact. maneuvering with luggage was like a strategic game. plus, a strange odor lingered. it wasn't the end of the world, but its something i noticed.

I found the staff at the reception very nice and helpful. The location was excellent. The tram station was very close. I also appreciated that the hotel provided safe parking (availability may vary). The complimentary morning coffee was a real treat.

The bathroom had a slight humid smell and could perhaps use some updating.
